Building your body the right way is one of the toughest challenges for body builders. And if its your challenge, its our challenge!
This app gives 3 levels of exercises based on your level of training (intermediate, medium, & advanced), these exercises insures building the body the right way, and helps you get the great body that body builders always dreamed of.
This app has an illustration of each exercise to ensure that the do it the right way in order to achieve results faster. It shows exactly where to put your hand on a bar, how to lay down on a bench, and how to do the exercise accordingly to avoid injuries.
The exercises were developed in coordination with Captain Faris Al-Zaidy, the winner of Jordanian body building contest.
