This app does not require an internet connection so it wont make any additional costs from mobile network operator when you are abroad. Also, it's fully compatible with iPhone and iPod Touch.
Dictionary is very simple to use, it autocompletes words and expressions so you can get translation more quickly. Also you can translate in either direction (from ENG to LAT and LAT to ENG). Currently there's around 65 000 words and expressions in each language.
