This will be perfect when you are traveling to Buenos Aires (Argentina) and you dont have internet connection or you are residing in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and need a map of Buenos Aires (Argentina). This Offline Maps is not a replacement of Google Maps. It is used when you don't have internet connection and want to use maps.
The current version 1.0 have features locating your location if you are in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and have GPS. No download require because the maps are offline maps.
