Crashes on my EVO when editing a card from the main screen or adding an unlisted retailer. Local retailers can't scan the barcodes. Uninstalled.

I'm finding that more and more stores are not using handheld scanners anymore, just flatbeds. Still easier than carrying cards.

good idea when it works, but i first scanned an LA fitness card, which has letters as well as numbers so it failed to produce a barcode altogether

Promising idea, never actually scans successfully in practice. Maybe on a different display type/phone of the future. Not on Droid Inc. (amoled)

So far I haven't been able to use this app. Thankfully I kept all my cards. Every time I try and use the card on my phone it won't scan.
