tried again - either the dev fixed it or some other app was interfering, but it works fine now. Might buy if it gets on market.

Works GREAT Droid X, NO static on the PURCHASED version(even3gp) I'm an x-iphone uzr, ALL apps WORKED, its only a matr of liking it or not! I love it!
