Steer clear! I never got this app to sync. Even the latest 1.4.3 Version. And tech support was no help.

Hasn't synced since June. Consistent desktop not found error message. No sync for Microsoft business contact manager

Did not work and there is absoluty no support to walk you through the process, not to mention that it really costs $69 for me and my wife to download

Trash pure and simple trash. Unable to gain connection without installing setup assistant on your MAC/pc such costs $40.00 deceptive "wireless" term..
