Also handy for fireworks and other things that go flash and boom. Not recommended for nuclear weapons ranging.

I always wanted to make this app, but I was also going to include a call to the compass and allow you to plot where the lightning theoretically was.

This app is for morons. Use the weather channel radar and stop being an idiot. Oh, and you can only actually hear thunder up to 10 miles. Mark sux.

Couldn't update this app on first try. There was some issue at first. Tried again later and it worked. Now all is well.
