Customer service prompt. It never worked. Finally, they wanted my photo ID. For what? To make a phone call? I have been using the same CC for years.

Its okay very difficult to use at first very good customer care but needs to work out alot of issues

First it works great, now can' get connect. Keep telling me call didn't go through, try to call again, message 128T. Customer servise Can't help.
