- Take student roll and track parental release acknowledgements.

Easily take roll for a field trip or for any occasion. Track students who turned in early release forms, and mark them off the roll as they go home with their parent or guardian. Then quickly email all the data to your email or anyone for your records.

- Setup students names.

- Setup Students with parent information such as parent name, parent phone number.

- Students can be flagged with a parent note (signed parent release form), meaning they can go home with their parent, instead of coming back on the bus.

- Take roll quickly using the iPhone checklist.

- Easily check to see if any student has a signed parent note, for direct release to parent, at the end of the field trip.

- Record that the student has went home with their parent, if note was provided.

- Email full roll with parent note release to yourself or another teacher, for your permanent records.

- Reset the roll/parent notes, to start again, for the next leg of the journey.
